It happened around 4 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Tilden and Chase streets. The woman and her teenage daughters were reportedly in the crosswalk when they were hit. They are hospitalized.
Investigators say they know the owner of the car, but they aren't sure if that's who was driving at the time.
