One resident is angry, saying this isn't the first fire at this complex.
"This is like the second fire we've had here in the last two years," said the unnamed resident. "You have these wooden porches, these gas grills. They're allowed to just run them anytime of the night without any kind of supervision. All it takes is just one accident, and poof -- you're gone."
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
