Study: Stress at work can really kill you

A new study looked at 10,000 British civil servants over a 12-year period. Researchers asked them questions like how much control they had at work, how often they take breaks and how pressed for time they were.They found the chronically stressed people had a 68 percent more chance of developing heart disease.

Researchers found those same workers also had a tendency to smoke, drink, eat unhealthy food and avoid exercise -- all behaviors linked to heart disease.
