Lack of exercise ages your DNA faster

(KABC) British researchers studied over 1,000 twins for this study. They took blood samples for their DNA, and then looked at the DNA for any signs that showed DNA aging.

They found that most people who exercised a little more than three hours a week were biologically 10 years younger than those who exercised just 16 minutes or less.

Experts recommend adults get at *least 30 minutes of physical activity to keep aging at bay.
