The victim's car was found parked around the corner. The rest of the family was not injured.
Investigators are searching for Contreras and three-to-five suspects, all considered armed and dangerous. The suspects' vehicle is described as a '98 to '02 tan-colored Ford Excursion or Expedition. It's a 4x4 with two black stripes.
