BALDWIN PARK --Arraignment is expected in Pomona later Wednesday for a 28-year-old Baldwin Park man accused of Monday's shooting rampage that left three people dead.Police say Roy Perez shot and killed his mother, Alicia Perez, following an argument at their home. He then allegedly broke into the house next door and killed Dalmy Perez De Mata and her four-year-old daughter, Briana.
Two other children inside the home were also shot. They remain in serious condition.
Detectives say Perez has a history of mental problems.
