Authorities have not identified the woman and did not say whether Razack is related to the victim.
The murder happened Thursday night.
The woman's body was found in her home on the 1000 block of Easy Street.
Police say her daughter wasn't able to reach her mother so she asked a neighbor to check on her.
When no one answered the door, detectives say that's when the neighbor saw the woman's body through the window.
Investigators say she died of blunt trauma to her head.
She's believed to be in her sixties.
