A Canadian study shows surprising findings
A Canadian study shows persistent criticism, bullying and other forms of workplace aggression may be more harmful on employees than sexual harassment. The study also found workers facing these conflicts are more likely to quit their jobs compared to those who are sexually harassed. Despite these conclusions, non violent forms of workplace aggression are not illegal. However, some companies do have policies against bullying.
