Slaughterhouse worker to be deported

CHINO Rafael Sanchez Herrera, who was charged with animal cruelty at a Chino slaughterhouse, reached a plea deal with prosecutors.

On Friday, Herrera pleaded guilty to three misdemeanors of illegal movement of a non-ambulatory animal.

Under the agreement, he'll be deported back to Mexico after serving time in jail.

Undercover video, shot by the Humane Society, shows him and other workers dragging sick cows with metal chains and forklifts.

The footage led to the largest beef recall in U.S. history.
