EAST LOS ANGELES Two 22-year-old men, Benjamin Renteria and Diego Vargas, were killed last Monday at a residence on Herbert Ave., about 20 minutes after the fatal shooting of two other men at a car dealership.
The two shootings are not related, police said.
Investigators have not released the arrested man's identity, but they say he is a known gang member.
He was taken into custody for other charges, but authorities believe he's responsible for the deaths of Renteria and Vargas.
