The homeowner, 47-year-old Aurelius King, told police he shot Rogan after he broke the window and tried to get into the house. King says Rogan threatened him on the phone earlier in the evening.
Shooting after apparent family dispute
LOS ANGELES A man armed with a knife was fatally shot as he tried to break into a home in the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Ave. about 12:20 Friday morning. The victim, 25-year-old Marcus Rogan, was the estranged husband of the homeowner's daughter, who lived in the house with her father.
