Fund to assist Pasadena crash victim

Jose Gabriel Dela Rosa, 7, was struck by an out-of-control car on a sidewalk in Old Town Pasadena on the night of April 3. He died four days later. Jose's father was also struck by the car and hospitalized. The boy's mother suffered minor injuries in the accident.

The family had traveled from the Philippines to visit family in Pasadena.
