Search for bus in hit-and-run continues

WESTLAKE DISTRICT The victim has been identified at 31-year-old Vicky Johng Hee Noh. She died at the scene.

Noh was in a crosswalk at the corner of Wilshire and New Hampshire in the Westlake District, when she was hit by the bus, which kept going.

Police described the driver as possibly a Hispanic man with long hair pulled back in a ponytail.
