TIJUANA, Mexico --
Thirteen people were killed in a wild drug-related shootout on the streets of Tijuana, Mexico.All of the dead are believed to be drug traffickers, possibly rival members of the same cartel who were trying to settle scores.
Eight suspects and one federal police officer were wounded in the pre-dawn violence.
The drug suspects were riding through heavily populated areas of Tijuana, firing at one another as they drove and were chased by the military, state and local police.
