CHATSWORTH The suspects and the alleged victim were at Mason Park because classes at nearby Chatsworth High School began later than usual due to standardized testing last Thursday.
Detectives said a teenage girl was drinking alcohol with friends when she left her drink unattended. She returned and continued to drink.
Investigators say she was later found passed out in the men's bathroom.
One of the suspects is charged with rape. The other faces charges of sexual battery.
