Tragic accident kills mother of two

ROMOLAND Alexis Keller says her mom Terri was ripped out of her life by a drunk driver.

The accident happened in front of Heritage High School last week. Mark Julian, 30, is suspected of the causing the fatal wreck. The mother of two was killed by a suspected drunk driver.

"Her light had turned green leaving the school and she proceeded to go. That is when someone ran the red light, going the other direction, and broadsided them going 70 mph," said family friend Trish Harris.

Terri Keller's daughter Amanda, who is in the 4th grade, was also in the car and is now in a coma, fighting for her life.

"She is still fighting for her life in the hospital. She is in a coma and has serious damage to her head. We just pray everyday that goes by is a sign that hopefully she is getting better and better," Harris said.

Alexis Keller also suffered major injuries. She has a broken disk in her back and a ruptured spleen. She says everyone at school and the people close to her family have helped her through this.

"I never knew that I had so many people that love me until this happened," said Alexis Keller.

"You read about it and you hear about it, but it happens and it is real. It is right here and it is very surreal. Do not drink and drive," said Harris.
