When police tried to pull the man over, he took off, leading them on a chase from Glendale all the way to Hollywood and Vine.
He was hit by an unmarked police car and landed on the walk of fame.
The man has been identified as 39-year-old Grigor Grigoryan.
Police say he's a "person of interest" in his girlfriend's murder investigation.
