He claims it's more sanitary than using a razor and gives smoother results.
"They love it. I have people coming back many, many times," he said.
"It's starting to feel like a massage more than a pedicure," said one customer.
Ho says the flesh-eating fish never get full, so they're always ready for another pedicure.
