Lawsuit over voided AP test scores

July 24, 2008 8:40:27 AM PDT
A lawyer for some students at a South Orange County high school is suing a national testing service because those students have to re-take Advanced Placement exams. The test scores for nearly 400 students at Trabuco Hills High in Mission Viejo were voided in May by the Educational Test Service after learning at least 10 students cheat by using text messages.

The ETS canceled the scores of all the students, saying the students taking the tests were allowed to talk, consult study aids, and leave the room in groups.
