There's more legal action in the case of a postal worker shot and killed by Inglewood police.Kevin Wicks' mother has now filed a federal lawsuit against the city of Inglewood and the police department.
Police were responding to a domestic dispute when officers say wicks raised a gun at them.
Wicks' family says police went to the wrong apartment, and they're calling the shooting unconstitutional.
Last week, Wicks' daughter and her mother filed a $25 million claim against the city.
