Researchers find eggs help with weight

Louisiana State University researchers are calling eggs the breakfast of champions.

They found eating two whole eggs in the morning helped dieters lose 65 percent more weight than those who ate a bagel with cream cheese.

Both had the same amount of calories, but participants who ate the eggs, yolk and all, felt less hungry, more energy and were less likely to snack unnecessarily.
