A recall on more than a million pounds of ground beef remains in effect over E. Coli contamination concerns.Whole Foods began pulling the beef Friday after nine customers reported becoming ill.
The contaminated beef is linked to 30 illnesses in a dozen states including California.
The beef came from Nebraska beef, a processing plant which was at the center of another massive recall this summer.
Afterward, federal authorities had assured customers changes were made to ensure product safety.
