According to Sheriff's investigators, some sort of fight between the suspects and the victims led up to the shooting.
One died on the street, another victim died at the hospital; a third, according to the Sheriff's Dept., died Monday. The fourth victim is expected to survive.
Meanwhile, community activists gathered on Tuesday to plead for peace and an end to gang shootings.
Another shooting victim, 17-year-old Eric Sims, was killed Monday night while riding his bicycle on West 109th Street.
