Report: Penicillin has most side effects

The CDC says more than 140,000 Americans visit emergency rooms each year because of allergic reactions to antibiotics, including serious effects like anaphylactic shock.

Children under the age of 1 have the most problems, and women are more likely than men to have a reaction.

The drug with the most side effects reported is penicillin.
