They also fear he may strike again.
Police are looking for Wynford Murray-- out of prison after serving time in New York, for molesting girls ages three and five.
Authorities say Murray has not registered here as a sex offender and they've issued an arrest warrant.
Officials say Murray has been seen in several places in Redondo Beach.
That includes a public library, where he reportedly downloaded stories about children and sex.
