Arson and homicide investigators are looking into the gruesome discovery of a burned body inside a car in Malibu.Firefighters were responding to a report of a vehicle fire on Tuesday night at Topanga Canyon Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway.

The small brushfire burned about a quarter of an acre before flames were put out.
