The governor will be in Burbank on Thursday to talk about the budget, his second update in as many days.In Placerville on Wednesday, Governor Schwarzenegger urged Californians to contact their lawmakers to tell them to pass a budget.
Last month, he put a compromise on the table that he said addresses the $15.2 billion dollar shortfall.
If a budget is not passed this month, the state will owe $12 billion to government service providers, but will not legally be able to pay them until there's a budget in place.
