Many shoppers saved more than they spent.
"We saved about $360 so that's pretty good, we're all set for the year," said shopper Leo Tan.
Lots of shoppers loaded up on big ticket items like alcohol and prime cuts of beef.
If you would like a shot at the savings, the Pavilions on 8969 Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood opens Thursday morning at 6 a.m.
The sale runs through Friday.
