Fund set up for train crash victims

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority Board is setting up a victims' assistance fund to solicit private and public donations.

The board has also authorized its own fund of $200,000 for immediate funeral expenses for some of the 25 who died in last Friday's train collision.

There will also be refunds for those who bought tickets but now choose not to ride Metrolink.
