Tainted Chinese milk; Many switch to soy

BEIJING Starbucks has ordered its Beijing stores to replace cow's milk with soy milk. One company that sells soy milk and soy milk makers says its sales have nearly doubled.

Four deaths have been blamed on contaminated milk and milk powder in China after investigators found the industrial chemical melamine. Nearly 54,000 children have developed kidney stones or other illnesses.
