'Tiger Team' unleashed on L.A. streets

Another "Tiger Team" has been unleashed on the streets of Los Angeles to target illegally parked vehicles with tickets and towing.This is the fifth Tiger Team to be assigned to the congested streets of the city.

And this team of 13 officers will be patrolling Pico, Westwood, Victory boulevards, Figueroa, Broadway, and Hill Streets.

The parking tickets could cost as much as $140, plus towing charges.

Tiger Team V will target the follow "Hotspot" locations:

WESTERN AREA
W. Pico Boulevard
S. Gayley Street
S. Glendon Boulevard
S. Westwood Boulevard

VALLEY AREA
Roscoe Boulevard
DeSoto Avenue
Victory Boulevard
Victory Boulevard

SOUTHERN AREA
W. Florence Avenue
S. Figueroa Boulevard
S. Hoover Street
S. Figueroa Boulevard
W. Vernon Avenue

HOLLYWOOD AREA
S. & N. La Brea Avenue

CENTRAL AREA
E. 7th Street
E. 6th Street
E. & W. 2nd Street
N. Broadway
S. Broadway
S. Hill Street
E. Olympic Boulevard

S. Spring Street
