His most recent win was a $100,000 off a $10 ticket.
Dan also pocketed $50,000 a few months ago, and $15,000 back in 2004.
He says that his lucky charm is a quarter minted in 1998, the same year his son was born.
Dan now says he's going to cut back on the scratch tickets because three wins are enough for now.
