Sentencing for one of the men accused of starting the Corral Canyon Fire in Malibu has been postponed until December.Brian Franks, 27, admitted he and his friends were drinking last November when they rekindled a fire at the top of a Malibu hillside. The fire eventually spread, burning 53 homes and injuring six firefighters.
Franks changed his plea from not guilty to no contest last month.
