Eager L.A. County voters flock to polls

NORWALK, Calif. Workthevotela.org brought up a concern that L.A. County may not have enough ballots as more than 4 million people were registered to vote, and 80 percent of those registered are expected to vote.

While rain may be an issue, officials confirmed that ballots will not.

The county registrar's office assured voters that every polling location was supplied with plenty of ballots.

Voters said regardless of the rain and the lines, they were just happy to get out and vote.

"I just think it's incredible to the amount of people that turned out, and it's good for my heart," said voter Morgan Miller.

"I think this election has got a lot of people involved that have never been involved before," Miller said.
