If you have overweight children with anger management issues, a new study says the best thing you can do is help them work it out, not just emotionally but physically. A study of sedentary kids 7 to 11 years old found they reduced both their weight and anger by taking part in a 10 to 15 week after school aerobics class.
Authors say the impact was significant regardless of race or socioeconomic status.
