Make exercise a top priority, say experts

Experts at the Centers for Disease Control say if getting fit isn't one of your resolutions, it should go to the top of the list.

CDC researchers found that only about half of Americans meet the government's recommendations for exercise, which is 2 1/2 hours of aerobic activity a week.

It doesn't matter if you exercise over 3 days, or spread it throughout the week. The most important thing is to fit exercise into normal routine.
