We all know exercise is something we should do, but actually doing it is another story. But what if you were given an exercise prescription? More than 1,000 self admitted couch potatoes were enrolled in a study. Half were given no specific instructions, the other half got exercise prescriptions ordering them to workout at least 150 minutes each week.
