SAN DIEGO, Calif. --An adviser to California's lieutenant governor has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.The U.S. attorney's office said Wade Sanders had a computer with 600 sexual images of minors, and a sex video depicting prepubescent girls.
Sanders was Lt. Gov. John Garamendi's senior adviser for veterans and military affairs.
He resigned after his arrest last month.
Sanders also served as a military adviser to President Bill Clinton.
