Orange County Sheriff's deputies and La Habra police officers arrived and were confronted by a woman with a gun, leading deputies to shoot and kill her.
The woman was identified as 70-year-old Jerry Nadine Lunceford.
Lunceford was shot by two police officers and two sheriff's deputies, and a third deputy fired non-lethal beanbag rounds at the woman.
The Orange County District Attorney's Office is handling the officer-involved shooting.
