Baghdad car bomb kills 2, wounds 13

BAGHDAD An officer says the bomb went off Thursday morning outside a restaurant frequented by police and construction workers in the Shiite neighborhood of Shula. He says two police were among the wounded. Further details were not immediately available.

The officer spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to give information to news media.
