Jan 20: Deadline for fire FEMA aid app

LOS ANGELES Tuesday, January 20, is the deadline to register for assistance from FEMA in order to be eligible for thousands of dollars in aid.

The Sayre fire burned more than 11 thousand acres, including a mobile home park in Sylmar in November.

FEMA says the maximum amount available for victims of the fire is just over 30 thousand dollars.
