SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. --
A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck near the coast of San Clemente Island at 12:41 a.m. Thursday.The quake was located about 11 miles off the coast of San Clemente Island, about 45 miles south of Santa Catalina Island. The report was issued by the U.S. Geological Survey.
The earthquake occurred at a depth of 0.2 of a mile.
No injuries or damages have been reported.
