Suspect rams into driver, fires twice

SOUTH LOS ANGELES The victim told police that a sedan rammed into his car, forcing him to crash into a parked car on 3rd Avenue near Rodeo Road in Jefferson Park.

The suspect then opened fire as the victim ran off.

When he got back to his car, the suspect returned and opened fire again before driving off.
