Botox Bandit escapes with $3,500 of work

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. Police said the woman is wanted for getting Botox injections and taking off without paying the bill.

Her latest vanishing act was at the New Looks Med Spa in Newport Beach last week, where she got $1,000 worth of Botox, then disappeared.

Police said she did the same thing after getting $2,500 in work at the Newport Coast Surgery Center in January.

Doctors said the woman is well-rehearsed.

"She refused to have her picture taken because she told me that she was ugly, and it bothered her to have her picture taken," said Dr. Jon Grazer, a plastic surgeon.

Police are now using the injection needles and gauze pads to try and recover DNA evidence.

Police believe the suspect's name is Miriam.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Newport Beach police at (800) 550-6273
