Police said he is getting more aggressive in his last two attacks.
He is allegedly targeting women along the Arlington Avenue corridor.
Two of the victims are elderly women who live in an assisted living facility, and the suspect also attacked a woman in an apartment complex and a teen walking in the same area.
The suspect is described as black, between the ages of 19 and 35, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall, and weighs between 140 to 180 pounds, with a light mustache.
