Study: Peanut allergies may be cured

Scientists at /*Duke University*/ and /*Arkansas Children's Hospital*/ studied a group of children allergic to peanuts.

The kids were given tiny amounts of peanut flour, and the dose was gradually increased.

Doctors say the children's immune systems were eventually re-trained, and they can now eat peanut products without allergic reactions.

However, doctors warn people not to try this on their own.
