2 SoCal gas workers found shot dead

ANAHEIM, Calif. Anaheim police found one man shot to death in his car in a parking lot at the Gas Co. plant at 1919 S. State College Blvd. at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The man was an employee at the plant.

Pomona police called Anaheim police to notify them another Gas Co. employee had been found shot to death in his Pomona home around 6 a.m. Wednesday.

Neighbors there had reported hearing a gunshot sometime before dawn. The second victim has also worked at the Anaheim plant up until about six months ago, when he left to take a different position with the company.

So far, investigators are not discussing a link, if any, between the two shootings.
