Arrest in murder of Antelope Valley man

LANCASTER, Calif. Robert Joseph Martin, 24 of Lancaster, was found shot dead at a two-story apartment complex at 44042 25th St. West at about 3 p.m. Saturday.

Sheriff's deputies arrested Kenneth Kellogg in connection with Martin's death.

A neighbor reportedly heard a gunshot Friday night, although the shooting wasn't reported until the next day.

Martin was reportedly a young father.

So far no information on a motive has been released.
