Last of octuplets released from hospital

LA HABRA The last of the world's longest surviving set of octuplets, Jonah, was released from the hospital Monday night.

Jonah was the smallest of the octuplets born nine weeks premature, and weighed just 1 pound 8 ounces.

Kaiser Hospital says he now weighs 4 pounds10 ounces and is bottle feeding.

The first two octuplets to be released from the hospital were Noah Angel and Isaiah Angel on March 19.

The octuplets' birth captured worldwide attention. As details of their mother's life were revealed, /*Nadya Suleman*/ became the target of threats, criticism and her home got several acts of vandalism.

The divorced, single mother had six other children at home. The birth of the octuplets means she has 14 children, all artificially conceived.

She has not worked for a decade, after she was injured at a state hospital where she worked. Between 2002 and 2009 she collected $165,000 in disability payments.

There have been rumors Suleman is close to signing a deal for a reality TV series.
