Fullerton police say the suspect is described as an African-American man, with a light complexion. He's 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has short hair, and he was wearing a white T-shirt and gray sweat pants.
The victim says the suspect was driving a 2007 2-door, black /*Honda Civic*/.
